 Is there a way to enable caching the custom emoticons that others send me
 to .purple/icons or .purple/smileys?

 I re-cycle many emoticons for the collection of emoticons that I have
 received are quite big so if I needed one I used to copy it from the .amsn
 cache so far and I'd love to get that behaviour with pidgin aswell.
