 I'm ok with making affected servers get re-issues certs.  But I'm afraid
 this problem isn't very transparent.  That users who connect to affected
 servers will have no idea what's wrong.  And operators running connected
 servers won't know what's wrong either.

 I feel like we should at least show a message to the user explaining why
 it failed and suggesting that the server operators get new ssl
 certificates.
