 Affects all versions of Pidgin.

 Spam messages coming over the MSN protocol, from accounts not on the
 server list or the local list are allowed.  These are essentially pop up
 ads that direct the user to view a certain web page.

 The fix involves blocking messages from users not on the buddy list.
 Pidgin should completely ignore them, as they are unsolicited messages.

 This is a major privacy issue: people trust members of their buddy list
 and assume (rightfully) that only people they authorized should be allowed
 to message them.
