 I see the same issue.  Random messages are failing to send using MSN.
 I've seen this on 2.5.0 and 2.5.1.  I can't be sure, but it only seems to
 happen when talking to people who are using the official MSN client.  I've
 never had a problem talking to other people on Pidgin or Trillian through
 the MSN protocol.  If there is anything you want me to try or info I could
 provide, please let me know.
