 Yes, we've needed a good way to handle falling back to other statuses
 and/or notifying that not all accounts have had the status changed for a
 while now. Unfortunately I haven't seen anyone suggest any good mechanisms
 and haven't seen anyone who hits this issue often decide to work on it.
 For example, I personally never use statuses that aren't supported on all
 protocols so I never have this issue.
