 Yes, QQ server think you are safe if sit in the same chair always. So QQ
 server build a large database to concern your health.
 But server always confuse since some guys use proxy connection, and some
 use different ISP in office or home.

 For same reason, TX QQ develop a antivirus function in client program.
 It is really a joke. Is it a brain behind those programer's eyes?

 And so, it should not be surprise when you get Chinese system msg, notice
 and news in English version.

 QQ server indicate the real address according by IP adress is not for
 preventing ID thief. If you QQ number has been stolen, the hacker must
 have cracked your password.

 It is for preventing QQ robot. This is another long stroy.

 Anyway, pidgin may solve this joke when using QQ2007/2008 protocol.

 The virtue of patience.
