 If at sign on we don't display buddies as mobile who are in fact mobile
 then either we have a bug (that needs fixing) or the protocol doesn't work
 that way (which would make my head hurt).

 I have no idea how exactly the MSN mobile status works, I have no idea if
 they are able to indicate status on the phone, but I would doubt it. It is
 quite likely that there is no such thing as 'idle' on the phone, but
 that's not something we can detect or handle. If the person has things set
 up to forward messages to the phone then they have that set up, if they
 don't want to get messages they should turn it off. We can't know when
 they do and do not want to receive them.

 We could perhaps notify the user in the conversation window that the buddy
 is mobile but that screams to me of nannying more than anything useful.
