 Google Talk is XMPP/Jabber, so even if the Google Talk account entry
 didn't exist it would still work in pidgin.

 If you don't need to disable plugins then you can just not install the
 other protocol .dll files, if you do need to disable plugins and build
 XMPP statically you are going to need to dig into the Makefile.mingw files
 and make some changes. I can't tell you what exactly, nor am I even sure
 that static protocol building works on Windows.
