 Trying to send a message to an ICQ account which is offline yields in the
 display of the warning "Unable to send message: Service unavailable".

 The first problem here is that for me as the user, not the service but the
 other client is unavailable. The service does not have anything to do with
 this but maybe the protocol does not allow for a finer granularity here.
 (But there is a "Recipient not available" message in the po files, weird…)

 The second problem is the German translation of this message; the string
 "Service unavailable" has been translated as "Server unerreichbar" which
 is even more wrong. It should at least say "Dienst unerreichbar".
