 Whereas this  features enhancement ticket only focus on provinding for
 '''all the case''' where a status '''can not be applied''' a '''notice'''
 to the users warning him that the status was not applied for his
 account/network(xmpp,msn,...).[[BR]]
 The comment abour the XMPP case is just a practical example of what i
 propose.[[BR]]
