Comment:

 In general, please only have one issue per ticket.

   * bbcode support is a duplicate of #4598.
   * libpurple supports tunes in MSN, support which is utilized by
 Musictracker and various other plugins.
   * Personal messages are set by changing your status to Available using
 the statusbox at the bottom of the buddy list and typing a message into
 the text box. You can also set a saved status with a status message.
