Comment:

 Its a personal computer and I disabled my Anti virus (zone alarm) and
 tried. I was thinking of doing it under safe mode but I don't know if the
 installer would even run under that condition.

 As for the md5sums I really don't know
 Superb Internet (Seattle, Washington) was the last mirror I downloaded
 from.
