Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #39.[[BR]]This is a known issue with the current
 ICQ blocking; it only affects presence, not blocking messages.

 The privacy rewrite currently ongoing for SoC will hopefully fix this, as
 might a proposed patch from Mark (on the mailing list).

 #1009 has some workarounds (i.e. using the Bot Sentry plugin) that you can
 try in the meantime.
