 I'm sorry this ticket languished but we only have one icon creator and he
 is not available as often as might be desired. I'm still not sure I see
 what four extra pixels you think exist. I thought it was determined that
 with 11 pixel protocol and emblem icons the spacing was no longer off? Was
 that not the determination?
