New description:

 This complaint has a few components.

  * When I click on "available" to change my status to "away" and I start
 typing my away message status, it does not use the default formatting
 (color scheme that I selected prior).
  * If i log off pidgin while I was away. Then I sign back in my away
 message on pidgin will say it is the away message i have selected prior to
 logging out, but my actual away message is "Away". I have found this out
 by adding myself as buddy so I can observe what I changed my status to,
 and what actually appears.
