 I'm not sure I understand exactly what is being requested here? Is the
 request for a way to transform literal html text "My message <font
 size='3'>text is</font> in different sizes." into pidgin and have pidgin
 interpret the html as formatting instructions as opposed to as literal
 text? Something else?
