 Being on the server list is what determines if these settings can be
 applied, we ideally wouldn't have people on the local list that aren't on
 the server list (at least not for long as they would either get removed or
 re-added to the server list).

 That being said, what options are not in the right-click menu for buddies
 that are on the server list that you think should be there? Or are they
 all there? (I don't use Yahoo and have only just followed the issues in
 this ticket, so it is quite possible I've misunderstood something.)
