 It has, but instead of creating a new tooltip for the icon, it adds the
 tip to the existing generic tooltip.
 That is, not being perfect, but not altering UI logic either.

 If you think there should be a standalone tooltip, i can try to code it
 (i'm no expert). Else imho this is the only and required solution.
