Comment:

 I seems to solve the issue.
 it seems that the pidgin was auto login into accounts that made it stuck.
 So I had to access the accounts.xml. and Rename it or delete it from the
 roam local application data directory and reinitiate the accounts as I
 reinstalled the pidgin...

 Now everything is working...
