 Attempting to connect to a XMPP account created in previous versions of
 Pidgin (2.5.9, I think, or earlier) does not work in 2.6.1. The connection
 process hangs on "Connecting..." but never does anything.

 Wireshark shows that no network traffic is even being sent during this
 process.

 I managed to fix this by deleting the account and re-adding it, and found
 that there are a few additional fields that now have to be set (at least
 on my XMPP server), such as Domain. I'm assuming that the connection
 hanging with the previous setup was due to the saved account not having
 these details set.
