 I'm sorry, but I couldn't understand what you mean by "Can you connect
 with any other clients?"

 I've disabled the Windows firewall and tried connecting two sapo accounts.
 The same happened as before. I could connect the first account, but when
 trying to connect the second account the error "SSL connection failed"
 (but in Portuguese) appeared, even knowing that the SSL option is not
 selected in any of the two accounts.
