 I'm not sure what you mean by "The SSL Option".  There is a  "Require
 SSL/TLS" option and a "Force old (port 5223) SSL" option, neither of which
 is necessarily relevant here - the server is requesting SSL, so there is
 no option that affects that.

 "Can you connect with any other clients?" - Can you connect successfully
 with several accounts with something like [http://psi-im.org Psi]?  My
 guess is that you'll run into the same issue.
