Comment:

 None of our dependencies exist for Windows Mobile, thus it's more work
 than we're willing to entertain.  Also, Pidgin with its dependencies uses
 far too much RAM to be viable on an embedded platform like Windows Mobile.

 Additionally, this is not a project any of our developers have any
 inclination to do.
