 After connecting to XMPP (in my case jabber.org) I see a buddy (also
 jabber.org) that is online all the time, but the idle time is 5m in Buddy
 List and Chat Window - I think because 'Minutes before becoming idle: 5'
 in his Preferences, but I'm not sure. This information will not refresh to
 the correct idle time, unless I click on 'Get Info' of this buddy.

 Is this a defect?

 In my opinion the support showing and reporting idle times in the buddy
 list (XEP-0256), introduced with Pidgin 2.6.0, is useless, unless it
 doesn't work correctly all the time. If I'm online and a buddy will become
 idle, it works well.
