 In the theme file of the default small emoticon set (by Hylke Bons), there
 is an image used named "smile-big.png" but it should be "grin.png".

 The file "smile-big.png" can be deleted because it doesn't seems to be an
 original one but a resized one of "grin.png".

 Or just rename "grin.png" to "smile-big.png".
