Comment:

 We do not accept bug reports against monotone code unless they are
 accompanied by a patch to fix the problem.

 Additionally, you did not specify a MTN revision in which the problem
 first presented. If you want to narrow it down, I suggest doing a binary
 search across mtn revisions to determine when it broke. If you determine
 that, even if you do not provide a patch, the bug report may be accepted.
