 about every account being disconnected such that it requires people to re-
 enable accounts? The only times I can think this would happen are when the
 user is already looking at the Accounts dialog and when the last account
 gets disconnected uncleanly. In the first case the Accounts window is
 already up and in the second the buddy list error notification should be
 presenting buttons to re-enable the accounts.

 Sometimes we enable just one account then decide to disable that account
 and enable another account, this patch is for this case the account list
 will show for the user instead of go to the menu again and enable another
 account.
