Comment:

 If you know you only have one account enabled and are intending to disable
 it so that you can enable another account, don't use the
 Accounts->[account name]->Disable menu item, just open the accounts dialog
 directly and use it. I'm not at all sure this is a case worth protecting
 and I'm concerned that the times you don't want this to happen (like the
 last account being fatally disconnected) are going to be aggravated by
 this feature.
