 Like that, the possibility of add tags to the users. This, because the
 hard groups of the major IM's systems are so old and obsolete, because one
 user can have a lot of groups or classifications.

 And the possibility of search by that tags.

 For example:

 Jhon Doe
 Tags: elementary school, actual job

 Mary Lopez:
 Tags: elementary school

 Nick Dicky
 Tags: actual job, new york

 Laura T
 Tags: new york, old jobs
