 Sometimes when connecting to MSN, Pidgin do nothing no errors and no
 warnings, only debug log show contacts.msn.com connection timeout.

 You can reproduce this problem adding this line "127.0.0.1
 contacts.msn.com" to hosts on Windows and MSN connection will timeout.
