 Tried to search for a similar bug, but haven't found one.

 When I use Pidgin with my ICQ account, the buddy list doesn't refresh or
 update properly. That means, if a buddy goes offline (definitely), the
 account remains "online" in my list, until I restart Pidgin or go
 offline/online again.

 The problem exists for a few users, don't know if they use the same ICQ
 client, but I think the users differ from time to time.

 Reinstalling Pidgin didn't solve the problem, I even removed the registry
 files and personal settings of Pidgin.

 I don't know if the same problem exists with other networks, so I cannot
 tell anything about that.
