 When opening Pidgin from toolbar (already running/loaded), the default
 behavior I experience is the partial/sized window positions its self so
 that the first contact in my list, is at the TOP of my screen, and I am
 not able to see/access the toolbar or windows control title bar.
 I must resize my windows video screen settings to make adjustment and get
 access to title bar, so I can then drag the Pidgin app to a different
 location.
 The location is not saved in windows for the next time the app is launch.
 I was not able to locate any help or other related tickets, thought I
 would submit.
