 Paladin Liu (the other zh_TW translator) decided that we are going to
 review the translations for "Always", "Never", and all related strings
 inbetween, probably before the next update. He has some ideas (similar to
 c9s's suggestion but not the same) but the changes won't make it to 2.5.5.

 Other than that, there's nothing else remaining in this ticket; I already
 applied all the other changes and Paladin has no objections.
