Comment:

 The pending status means we are waiting on a response, if we don't get one
 the ticket will automatically close. So when you responded pending was
 unset. This is intentional.

 When I asked if this was a request I meant is there something specific you
 would like to see? Every per-account interface we have ever considered has
 been bulky and uncomfortable to use (see the pp:wiki:mystatusbox plugin as
 an example).

 Did you see my comment about the New... dialog? Does that solve at least
 some of your problem? Do you really have diverse custom statuses across
 your accounts that frequently? With enough permutations that they can't be
 captured by a small handful of saved statuses? If so, why? That is in what
 way are you using things such that you use it this way. Perhaps if you can
 better explain why you need it we may be able to come up with something
 that will help.
