Comment:

 Three patches. The first simply makes us (oh so ever slightly) more
 compliant by acking the IQ mail notification from the gtalk server.

 The other two are two possible ways to fix this issue. The first (really
 quite hackishly) updates the notification from w/in libpurple, but a quick
 examination of Finch indicates this patch would break Finch w/o
 modification.

 The last one (untested, but functionally equivalent to the libpurple
 patch) updates the close handle function in `gtknotify.c` to kill off mail
 notifications for offline accounts.
