  1. Add an account.
  2. Mistakenly try to add the same account again.

 What happens: An error message appears with the icon of a dead person, and
 the text "Unable to save new account" and "An account already exists with
 the specified criteria".

 What should happen: The error message should be more explanatory. For
 example: "That account is already set up in Pidgin, but none of your
 buddies in that account are online at the moment." Or: "That account is
 already set up, but it is not turned on. Do you want to turn it on now?"

 Bonus points for alerting people of this somehow as soon as they enter the
 login name for the account, rather than when they've finished entering
 every other detail.
