 some notes:
 at 16:35 my connection was in the "local only" state. since i got a static
 IP i successfully used my browser at 16:36.
 at 16:41 the connection-state finally changed to "local and internet".
 i wait till 17:00 but nothing happened. pigin shows a empty buddylist (no
 reconnect button) and nothing happens in the log.
