 Then the only other difference I can be certain exists at the moment is
 that you connected to different IP addresses, 10.200.44.13 in the 2.5.6
 log and 10.200.45.121 in the 2.5.5 log, if your server isn't clustered
 that is a problem, if it is clustered then it may be a cluster issue.

 If you want to upload a broken 2.5.6 log that hasn't been modified there
 may be something else to see, without that I have to stand by this being a
 server issue of some sort (though what I couldn't say).
