 Once locked even the official clients would not let you login. For
 official clients or any libpurple based client, you need to login to yahoo
 site to re-enable your account.
 This isn't libpurple problem as far as I can see. Please look for the
 cause of your account getting locked. Reopen the ticket in case problem
 persists and seems to be libpurple related.
