 Pidgin works correctly. I'm only able to use the few plugins that came
 with the application.

 I've tried various plugins from the plugins list on Pidgin.im. Everytime
 that I tried to install some plugin,  it appears the command line windows
 and the CPU NTVDM alert.

 I've installed the aspell you told me and now all works fine. Thanks. I
 guess that it's some problem with the pidgin installer?!? Like I've said,
 i've installed pidgin on 3 computers and the alert was the same.
 Downloaded the setup again using another internet connection (not using
 proxy's/firewalls, etc), and the problem was the same.

 Once the problem is resolved (with the aspell installer you told me), you
 can close the ticket.
