 I just tried out the new 2.5.7 release that was meant to fix this problem
 by implementing protocol version 16, and it worked for me. Tried flushing
 DNS several times to get Pidgin to try other servers and it still worked.
 I obviously can't test all the servers, but figured it would be good to
 post a follow-up on it.
