 I am confused; this ''is'' or ''is not'' a problem with _only_
 irc.zerofuzion.net?

 There is nothing suspicious in that debug log, it looks like a normal
 login session.

 You are going to have to collect more information about this, but on
 Windows, I have no idea how.  I will assign this to a developer more
 familiar with Windows.  I really need to see what Pidgin is doing during
 that time that is using CPU time; system call traces or backtraces would
 be spectacular.
