 well... i had this issue too... expecially if my buddy is invisible...
 then went to just crashing pigin if i replied to a buddy that showed
 offline... was msn only... i got to where i dont talk as much on msn...
 its a nuisance... now, if my buddy shows online, it pops up 2-3 mins after
 i send the message, and tells me the user is offline... its very
 delayed...
