Changes (by QuLogic):

  * status:  new => pending


Comment:

 As the error says, `Member does not exist`. You need to edit your
 blist.xml and remove them. Or if you don't have any contacts (grouped
 buddies), or aliases, you could just delete blist.xml entirely (make a
 backup first) and have Pidgin re-download the buddy list completely.
