 Notification displayed while pidgin cannot connect to account should have
 Dismiss button for hiding that notification and keep trying to connect. It
 is annoying enough for example with skype plugin. If skype is not running
 I have to watch that notification, if I close it, account will be
 disabled.

 I'm proposing that if I close that notification, pidgin will keep trying
 to connect. That is more natural, accounts should be only be disabled by
 direct user action.
