Comment:

 This probably wont happen with Pango 1.22.4 (You can try it independently
 from upgrading all of GTK+ if you still have issues with GTK+ 2.14.7 by
 downloading
 [http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/pango/1.22/pango_1.22.4-1_win32.zip
 the standalone pango binary] and replacing the dlls in your "Program
 Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\bin" directory.
