 Do I copy only the bin folder from the Pango file into the GTK folder?

 I tried copying all the folders and it gave me an error "The procedure
 entry point cairo_show_text_glyphs could not be located in the dynamic
 link library libcairo-2.dll" when starting Pidgin.
