#8602: Daylight Savings Causes 'One Hour Ahead' Bug

This may only apply to Windows, but after adjusting the windows clock for
Daylight Savings Time, Pidgin reports all "minute" based units as an hour
ahead. e.g., after logging in and hovering over users who just logged in,
it will say they have been online for 1 hour, 1 minute, even though they
just logged in.
Both my BIOS clock and windows time are set to the proper time, but
setting my windows clock back to the pre-DST value removes the "1 hour"
addition to all logged-in times.
P.S., this is only on the AIM protocol, AFAIK. MSN and Yahoo don't have
"logged in" times, and the idle times on those two accounts are correct.
