 After upgrading to 2.5.5 from 2.5.4, Pidgin always reports 'connecting'
 status even when all accounts are shown as connected.  All appear to be
 connected.  Additionally, IM sounds don't happen anymore, even if Options
 >> Enable Sounds is checked in the various IM windows.  Will definitely
 run whatever process needed to provide more information. Thanks.
