 This issue is caused by a third party plugin.  We have no control over
 these plugins.  Please report this problem to the authors of this third
 party plugin.[[BR]]This is caused by the OTR plugin. It sends a series of
 tab and space characters to indicate it supports opportunistic encryption
 (since there is no prpl-independent way to have 'capabilities').
